I'd highly recommend working with Charles. His passion for dogs and upbeat nature makes training engaging and enjoyable. Charles was great. He had a real affinity with our spaniel and has a genuine interest in dogs and their happiness. Charles persevered with Nancy in a way I genuinely would have never expected. Nancy is a working cocker who we originally had intended would be trained as a gun dog, however she had proven to difficult to train Charles was generous with his time at every visit and was driven to get the results and breakthrough we so desperately wanted. Charles has saved us from despair.

I contacted Charles as I was struggling to walk my dog without her pulling me down the pavement. After an initial consultation and only 2 sessions with the difference in Poppy is incredible. I am now able to walk Poppy on the lead with ease which is something I never imagined would be possible. Charles has taught me so much about Poppy’s behaviour and has shown us a lot of different tactics to keep her more engaged when out. She also seems to be a lot calmer in generally now after practicing different games Charles has suggested while at the park. I really couldn’t recommend Charles enough, from the initial consultation he was great with Poppy and the knowledge he shared with us has been invaluable.

We cannot be more pleased to have found Charles. Nellie is an anxious little girl who has blossomed under Charles’ guidance. While we enjoyed participating in classes provided by other trainers, it was the private lessons with Charles that made the biggest difference for our dog and our family. Charles’ training is a perfect fit for Nellie since it is a one-on-one instruction in the comfort of her own home/neighbourhood while learning to interact with the outside world. With each session Nellie was able to build more confidence and we have seen her becoming more comfortable in her own skin. The pure joy Nellie expresses when Charles arrives at our house is testimony alone to show how far she has come and the love she feels for and from Charles .Thank you for all you do!
